Navigate content by pages
The sidebar view can be changed to hard coded page list. On selecting a page number, the NVDA focus does move to the correct point in the document.
Navigate by reflowed page number
NVDA focus does not automatically move to top of next or previous page on using the navigation buttons or keyboard shortcuts. One can use the "previous frame" keystroke "Shift + M" as a workaround to take NVDA focus to top of page.

Add a note
The Create Note button is not accessible using NVDA. This button cannot be clicked using the keyboard. Further, addition of note requires highlighting of text which is also not accessible with NVDA
Review and navigate Notes
The list of annotations cannot be easily navigated to and read with NVDA. On clicking the note, NVDA does not move precisely to the location of the note in the document.
