Tested with screen reader for non-visual accessibility. The visual adjustments and read aloud tests results are contained in another evaluation.
The tests not supported are: Print pages, Add notes, Image alt text, Internal hyperlinks, Heading navigation and Table navigation.

The file was converted to Kindle format and then imported by copying it in the "My Kindle Content" folder.
Navigate to chapters through the Table of Contents
Keystroke Ctrl + L is useful for going to TOC.

When the TOC pane is kept on the screen, the name of the current section being read by screen reader is highlighted. this information can be read by the screen reader by switching to the TOC (F6) and reading can be resumed.

Add a Bookmark or Highlight
Ctrl + D is the shortcut for adding bookmark at current page.
Review and navigate Bookmarks or Highlights
Ctrl + B is the shortcut for list of Bookmarks.
Add a note
Text cannot be selected or highlighted for adding a note. The "add note" option cannot be activated with Jaws.
