Summaries

Short summary

Tested with screen reader for non-visual accessibility. The visual adjustments and read aloud tests results are contained in another evaluation.

Long summary

While Readium's interface is generally accessible with a screen reader, it is very difficult to navigate within a book. It is impossible to use the TOC for navigation with a screen reader. Navigation by page or by internal hyperlink is also impractical with a screen reader. There is no type of "where am I?" command in the reading system, nor is there a search function, bookmark, highlight, or note function.
