IBooks on the Mac is different than its IOS counterpart--some functions work on one which do not work on the other. Straight reading is very accessible--the small things change in terms of accessibility.

IBooks does not have a means by which one can navigate to a specific page, but one can move from page to page easily.

It is possible to navigate to the book title and page number, but not to the title of the current section. There is a horizontal scroll bar.
Perform a search, review the search results
Activating one of the results takes the cursor to the top of the page containing the search result.
