Most non-visual and navigation tests not supported with Talkback, better to use the Read Aloud feature.
The Voice Dream is not usable for reading book content with Talkback. Users will have to depend upon the in-built TTS feature to have the text read aloud with limited navigation features. With Talkback most tests are not supported. These include identifying hierarchy in TOC, navigation to a section from TOC, print page navigation, text search, going to next or previous chapter without using TOC, continue reading/start/stop with talkback, image alt text reading, table reading and using internal hyperlinks

The hierarchy is not presented either visually or through Talkback. All TOC items are listed similarly.

Move across chapters without using TOC
On using the Chapter navigation mode of the app, the navigation actually happens by any section/sub-section. It is not possible to move to next main chapter without using the TOC.
