Summary

Using FireFox as the browser, I was able to get excellent results. Specifically, the linking is accurate, i.e. when following a link from the table of contents, or to another part of the book, you are taken to the exact location. I did not have this same experience using Chrome. I should point out that the taking of notes, highlights and bookmarks is tricky. I would highlight some text and press ctrl + alt + k. I then would go to the top of the page and work my way down, until I got to the details for the highlighted area. I would press enter on note and be placed in an edit bookx, and when finished press save. Once in that note, still at the top portion of the view, I could get to the location with ctrl + alt +B, which the help text present in the dialogue directs you to do. This worked for me and I used this technique for bookmarks, highlights, and notes.
