Summary

EasyReader 2.15/ Android 10/ TalkBack. This app was tested with the German interface. The app is designed for reading the e-books with the built-in screen reader TalkBack. Besides the missing hyperlink navigation and the insufficient ability of TalkBack concerning its handling of the headings there is great accessibility.

Change the colour of emphasis or visual highlight of the text being read aloud using any feature available in the reading system or the operating system. The users should have a choice of different colours for text highlighting. Pass The audio settings can be found in the upper menu bar. There, the color of the sentence being read aloud can be customized. You can choose between various colors in order to find the preferred visual highlight. There is also an option to change the color of the word being read aloud. Nethertheless the word that is read aloud is not highlighted visually. It is impossible to say whether this setting was implemented.
