Thorium Reader v2.2.0, probado en Windows 11 con NVDA 2023.1 y línea braille Focus 40 Blue 5th Generation. La lectura de EPUB con NVDA se lleva a cabo en modo exploración, por lo que la navegación resulta intuitiva y NVDA señalará elementos como encabezados, tablas, listas, etc. Es posible utilizar la navegación con una sola letra, la lista de elementos (NVDA+f7) y la búsqueda de NVDA (NVDA+control+f).
