Summary
Tested on a Pixel 8 Pro running Android 15. It is not possible for the user to select where the read aloud begins from. There is no pause after reading headings and list items which can be confusing. There is no option for announcing the alternative text of images. The visual highlight can be turned off. There is a control to 'rewind' the read aloud to listen again.
