nav-005 The table of contents in the app presents the content hierarchy
Check if the table of Contents is accessible and its hierarchy is presented correctly by the reading system
- Access the table of contents (TOC)in the reading system. Note that in most reading systems the TOC can be accessed using the menu or icons in the toolbars.
- Check the top ten entries in the table of contents
- Check if the following structure of table of content is presented. It may be presented in tree view, nested list view or any other view, the main objective is to verify if all section names are accessible and the order and level of the sections is correct and accessible.
- Cover page - First entry in the TOC, this is at level 1
- Front page - Second entry in the TOC, this is at level 1
- Introduction - Third entry in the TOC, this is at level 1
- Basic Functionality Tests - Fourth entry in the TOC, this is also at level 1
- Operating system accessibility - Fifth entry in the TOC, this is at level 2
- Reading system activation - Sixth entry in the TOC, this is at level 2
- Open content - Seventh entry in the TOC, this is at level 2
- Listing documents - Eighth entry in the TOC, this is also at level 2
- Navigation Tests - Ninth entry in the TOC, this is at level 1
