Books iOS PASS Tapping on the screen reveals a menu button in the bottom right, two horizontal lines with three dots beneath. Selecting the menu item reveals a panel, within which one option is for "Themes & Settings". In the Themes & Settings panel there is a smaller A and a larger A which adjust the text size down and up through 15 levels.. The text size can be reduced and increased through a wide range. The size of images appear to be unaffected.

Could not discover a keyboard shortcut to change the font size. A larger maximum size would be preferable to some users. Changing font size only affects Content, menus, settings, etc. stays at the same font size. There are 8 choices available: Default Old Style Modern Sans Humanist Readable (dys) Duospace Monospace ... (Not sure what this option does, there is an edit field to type in something but doesn't match any system fonts and nothing seems to change when entered.
